Use Tool

PDFs are everywhere — invoices, contracts, scanned forms, study notes — and they are deliberately hard to edit. These PDF tools cover the everyday tasks that usually push people toward paid desktop software: merging several files into one, splitting out a single page, shrinking a scan small enough to attach to an email, or rotating pages that were scanned sideways. Most run entirely in your browser, so sensitive documents stay on your machine.

Common PDF problems these tools solve

Need to send a 20 MB scanned contract but the upload form caps at 5 MB? Compress it. Got three separate PDFs that should be one document? Merge them in the order you choose. Only need pages 4 to 6 of a long report? Split them out. Want to convert a PDF back into an editable Word file so you can update a figure? The converter handles that too, preserving the layout as closely as the source allows.

A note on quality and accuracy

Converting a PDF that was originally a clean text document gives near-perfect results. Converting a scanned image of a page is harder — the text has to be recognised first, so spacing and tables may shift. When accuracy matters, always compare the output against the original before you rely on it, and keep a copy of the source file until you have confirmed the result.
