Study hours available per day
The first blocks of each day are treated as your peak-focus window — harder subjects are placed there first.
Add a subject to generate your plan
Set weekly hours, difficulty, and an optional exam date for each subject.
Why this plan spreads your hours
This generator is built around the spacing effect: information reviewed in short sessions spread across several days is remembered far better than the same total time crammed into one sitting. A large meta-analysis by Cepeda and colleagues (2006) reviewed hundreds of studies and found distributed practice reliably beats massed practice for long-term retention. That is why each subject here is broken into blocks placed on different days rather than a single long session.
Blocks are sized at 50 minutes of study followed by a 10-minute break. Working in focused 50/10 cycles helps sustain attention, reduces mental fatigue, and gives your brain short consolidation pauses between bursts of learning. Harder subjects are scheduled into your peak-focus window first, and the planner avoids placing two high-difficulty subjects back to back so no single session becomes overwhelming.
